Members receive quarterly releases featuring a curated selection of estate favorites—each one made in small batches right here on our historic 1857 property.
Along with enjoying our wines at home or during your next visit, members receive exclusive perks such as early access to new vintages, special pricing, and invitations to member‑only events hosted at the estate. Many members also choose to pair their visits with an overnight stay in our charming bed and breakfast, creating a relaxing getaway surrounded by vineyard views and warm Kentucky hospitality.

Members must be 21 years of age or older.
Wine Club Policies
Wine Club releases occur in March, June, September, and December. Charges are drafted on the 1st of each release month. Once payment is processed, wines are available for pick‑up at Springhill Bed & Breakfast / Winery & Vineyards.

Two preselected bottles from our sweet wine collection. You choose the third bottle!
Dry Club: $55 quarterly
Two preselected bottles from our dry wine collection. You choose the third bottle!
Mixed Club: $45 quarterly
Two preselected bottles from our sweet or dry wine collection. You choose the third bottle!
Automatic billing is required for all memberships.
Email is the official method of Wine Club communication.
Members receive:
A reminder at least one week before each quarterly charge
A confirmation email after payment processes
Occasional updates about events and Wine Club news
Members are responsible for ensuring emails are received and not filtered to spam.
Communication
Declined or Expired Cards
If a card is declined, members will be notified by email. Wines will not be released until the quarterly fee is paid.
Cards may be updated by calling Springhill Bed & Breakfast / Winery & Vineyards. Failure to update payment information may result in loss of benefits or removal from the Wine Club after two unpaid quarters.
Quarterly wines are available for pick‑up after the first of each release month, once payment is approved. There is no deadline for pick‑up. However, if wines accumulate for one year or more (12 bottles or more), membership may be suspended until pick‑up is completed.

Member Benefits
Exclusive Discount at Springhill Bed & Breakfast / Winery & Vineyards
Wine Club members receive a 20% preferred lodging discount when booking a stay at our bed and breakfast. This exclusive rate is available only to active members and applies to reservations made directly with Springhill Estate using the promotion code “wine club” when booking. The 20% discount is subject to room availability and cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers, or seasonal packages.
Membership Term & Cancellation
Membership must be maintained for two quarters upon joining. After meeting the two‑quarter minimum, members may cancel at any time by contacting the Tasting Room Manager (email preferred).
Membership may be cancelled after two unpaid quarters or suspended after one year of unclaimed wine.
Springhill Bed & Breakfast / Winery & Vineyards reserves the right to update Wine Club policies or deny/cancel memberships at any time. Member information is kept secure and never shared with third parties.
